Ultrasound Guided Prolotherapy
Dr. Moloney is now offering ultrasound guided injections for shoulder and knee pathology. Non-surgical ligament and tendon repair with improved joint stability may be achieved with this treatment technique. While prolotherapy has traditionally used a "blind" approach, Dr. Moloney believes the use of ultrasound guided techniques significantly improve outcomes.
With ultrasound guided procedures, structures can be better visualized to guide the practitioner to delivering the therapeutic agent with precision. Thus maximizing the most effective results.

Advanced Lightwire Funtional (A.L.F.)
The ALF appliance is the brain child of Darick Nordstrom DDS. ALF treatment involves the gentle harnessing or redirecting of muscle parafunction to resolve skeletal problems. 1 The integration of Cranial Osteopathy with dentistry represents a truly revolutionary idea. It is based on concepts of functional anatomy and cranial motion which are not traditionally recognized in current dental thinking. By combining the concept of cranial movement together with the use of appliances specifically designed to change cranial, facial and dental structures, A.L.F. offers a profound and innovative new development in orthodontics. The patient can now be seen from a wider perspective than is usual. In addition to conventional orthodontic diagnosis patients are further assessed by osteopathic palpation to categorize and explain their cranial and dental configuration. Having established an osteopathic description of the patient’s cranial pattern, the extent of the dental problem may be truly appreciated. Incorporating cranial assessment into practice requires additional viewing and measurement of dental structures. 2 References : 1. Delz, E. (2009). The beauty of golf is that not only can anyone play, anyone can improve. The truth is, whether you are a scratch golfer or have a higher handicap, if you are physically tight your swing will be tight and your yardage and accuracy will suffer. My role is not teach you how to swing a golf club, that is what your golf pro is for. My role is to look for what is impeding your swing so your golf pro can utilize all your golf potential. I have found that the TPI team approach of including the medical and fitness aspects with the traditional golf pro experience is the best approach to playing better golf and having fun on the golf course.
As a practicing Osteopathic physician, trained in both Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, I see golf from a wider perspective than just a swing pattern. A more global approach to achieving your golfing potential includes addressing nutrition and mental focus as well as mobility and strength.
